Orders placed on our site are prepared for pickup at our Newark, CA location. Prices, menu items, and availability may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, if an item is sold out or an order can’t be verified); if you were charged, you’ll be refunded for any order we cannot fulfill.

Program description. Rasa Bowls sends a one-time passcode (OTP) by SMS so you can verify your phone number and confirm your pickup order. These are transactional, user-initiated messages — not marketing.

Opt-in. You opt in by entering your mobile number during checkout or sign-in and requesting a verification code. By doing so you consent to receive an SMS verification code at the number provided.

• Message frequency: messages are sent only when you request a code; frequency varies by your activity.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Opt-out: reply STOP at any time to stop messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.
• Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

The site and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Rasa Bowls is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or messages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
