How Rasa Bowls uses text messages
Rasa Bowls sends a single one-time verification code (OTP) by SMS so you can verify your mobile number and confirm your pickup order. These messages are transactional and user-initiated only — we do not send marketing, promotional, or recurring text messages.
How you opt in
You opt in by entering your U.S. mobile number at checkout (or when you sign in) and tapping “Send Verification Code.” Opt-in is not pre-checked — you provide your number and request the code yourself. This is exactly what you see at that step:

Program details
- Use case: account / order verification (one-time passcode). Transactional, not marketing.

- Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
A typical message looks like: “Your Rasa Bowls verification code is: 123456. Valid for 10 minutes.”
