We do not collect or store your payment card details on our servers; payments are handled by our payment processor.

When you provide your phone number, we send you a one-time verification code by SMS to confirm your number and order. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. We do not send marketing texts without your separate consent. You can reply STOP to opt out of non-essential messages and HELP for help.

We do not share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are used only to deliver the verification codes you request, via our messaging provider (Twilio), and are never sold.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed:

• Square — point-of-sale and order/payment processing.
• Twilio — sending SMS verification codes.
• Google Maps — the map shown on our site (loaded from Google).
• Hosting providers — to run our website and database.

We may also disclose information to comply with the law, enforce our terms, protect our rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

We keep order and transaction records for as long as needed to operate the business and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. After that period, we delete or de-identify personal information such as your name and phone number while retaining non-identifying transaction records.
